Stainless steel trolley for the stocking and the transport of ready dishes. Its external load-bearing structure prevents the fall of the trolley in case of accidental bump. The conformation of the grids allows to insert plates of different sizes increasing its capacity. Capacity 90 dishes Ø 26cm or 72 dishes Ø 27-32 cm.
