The range of service trolleys is completed with these refrigerated display trolleys for the showcase of fish or sweets. The pre-set temperature is automatically maintained inside the well and the double opening plexiglass cloche guarantees a perfect view of the contents of the trolley from all sides. Both models have a comfortable push handle and large 125mm diam. castors for perfect handling and manoeuvrability. Equipped with a drain cock to empty the well of any melted ice used for the presentation of fish or other dishes. The GIUNONE model is also available with fan-assisted refrigeration or as a bain marie heated display with external heaters placed underneath the well.
